Marcus and his team were great! They replaced and installed retaining walls on the side and front, and added a retaining wall and extended the patio in our backyard. He also regraded our backyard as we were having standing water build by our back door.
Marcus is super easy to work with and his crew was super friendly and hardworking. They did things the right way and even did things to help us that weren’t a part of our deal. I would not hesitate to hire this company. I’d also choose to pay more if his bid is higher (as it was slightly higher for us) because I’m fully confident that he did everything the right way and didn’t cut corners. I’m so so pleased with his work that I’d highly recommend him to anyone who asked me if I had a guy for retaining walls.
Upon moving to our home two years ago, we discovered that the property had major drainage issues and a retaining wall that was in disrepair. I contacted several companies to come up with a solution to the problem, but was unable to find a company that I felt confident could address all of the issues. The majority of the companies only wanted to install french drains, and did not have a crew that was capable of replacing a retaining wall and correcting the grading. Marcus was able to look at the property and come up with a plan to replace the retaining wall and correct the grading so that the property would drain rainwater away from my home. We have had several heavy rains since the work has been completed, and the rainwater now drains away from my home and I am no longer worried about potential water damage to my home. Marcus and his crew were great, and I would recommend them to anyone needing grading or retaining walls. Thanks Marcus!
i called Marcus Banner per a referral I received from the BBB’s website. After a detailed conversation with Mr. Banner he visited the work site (unaccompanied), provide an estimate to remove all old rail road ties that had rotted and left in disarray after a massive underground leak was repaired that left the yard and landscaping in shambles. The estimate was reasonable, the work was good and the property was restores. I don’t think I even met Mr Banner, but if I ever need future retaining wall work performed HE WILL BE MY GUY!
Marcus is fantastic to work with and his crew did a phenomenal job on a pretty large residential wall I had (140′ x 4′). They pulled the old RR ties out and methodically measured, leveled and constructed a manufactured block wall in about 3 days time. The crew showed up every day promptly at 8am, were extremely polite and friendly, did a phenomenal clean-up job afterwards and I really couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Marcus Banner and his crew for any wall or patio project!
